The wrestling world has been shaken by two developments. First, the return of Vince McMahon, who had previously stepped down from his role as WWE Chairman due to an ongoing payout scandal over sexual misconduct allegations, leading to daughter Stephanie McMahon resigning as CEO. This comes as Vince is reportedly looking to initiate a sale of the company.
Finally, in a bit of sad news, Jay Briscoe (real name Jamin Pugh), one half of the current ROH tag team champions with his brother Mark, passed away in a tragic car accident. He was 38, and is survived by his wife, a son, and two daughters who were also in the crash, but are expected to recover.
